Edible fungus refer to the large edible fungi (large fungi) known as mushroom. There are more than 350 known edible fungi in China, most of which are basidiomycetes. The common  edible fungi are shiitake mushroom, straw mushroom, mushroom, agaricus, tremella, hericium erinaceus, dictyophora, matsutake, tricholomagambosum, russulaceae, Ganoderma lucidum,  Cordyceps sinensis, trichoderma lucidum, truffle, cordyceps sinensis, nebrodensis and porcini. A few of them belong to the ascomycetes subphylum, among which have morchella,  saddle fungi and truffle, and so on. Above fungi grow in different regions and different ecological environments.

Culture medium have common characteristics that they generally contain water, carbon, nitrogen, inorganic salts and growth factors. The physiology activity of edible fungus needs to carry on under the circumstances of water which is the constituent of edible fungus. Carbon source is the main element of cell material, which is the energy source for the growth and development of edible fungi. Nitrogen source is the main element of proteins and nucleic acids of edible fungi. Protein and nucleic acid are the basic substances of life. The nitrogen source products are peptone, amino acid, yeast, soya peptone, and so on.

The raw material of culture medium of Hongrun Baoshun is applied in the production of liquid species of edible mushroom  by biological fermentation engineering to instead of the traditional simple solid seed production. It uses the principle of biological fermentation to provide the optimal nutrient, pH,  temperature, oxygen supply for the growth of mycelium, which can grow and expand rapidly, and reach a certain number of mycelium in a short time to complete a fermentation cycle.

Customer can use the high quality and stable nitrogen source of Hongrun Baoshun, the best combination of peptone Y001C, yeast extract Y017C, defatted soybean extract Y030, and add the supplementary carbon source in the biological fermentation tank, to produce the liquid form edible fungus by submerged cultivation (liquid fermentation) technology.

The advantages of cultivated edible fungus:

(3) Germination after 6 hours, hyphae covered the inoculation surface within 24 hours;
